ArrangeIt project management services is owned by business partners Allie Lucas and Connie Thompkins. Both Allie and Connie have in-depth experience in the field, both personally and professionally managing over 28 moves (including 3 International) and 11 renovation projects. They recognized that their strength in making things happen through careful planning and oversight fulfills a need for many busy professionals, second-home owners, newcomers to Sarasota or the many people who simply don't want to handle the details of the moving process.

Allie Lucas has a background in law. She previously founded a successful project and move management specialty services business, handling remodel projects and relocations from New York to Idaho.

Connie Thompkins has managed projects for Dell and Motorola. She initiated the business process improvement team format at Dell and has successfully managed both large and small corporate and non-profit events.

Both Allie and Connie are committed supporters of Girls Inc. of Sarasota County serving on the Board of Trustees, and have worked on Habitat for Humanity projects. Allie is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers). They have both served on their respective condominium association boards and understand condo requirements.
